7017 REIGN utilizes UPS for all domestic and international orders.
For domestic orders, UPS offers ground service, through which customers receive their orders 5-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. These delivery timeframes for ground service only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We also provide domestic express service through UPS: 2-day, 3-day and standard next day delivery.
We dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. International orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Orders may be split, and items may ship separately, due to inventory location. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit and order dispatch times do not include Saturday, Sunday or any official US holidays.
For international orders, UPS offers international priority service, which delivers orders within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment. We also provide international express service through UPS: 2-day, and 3-day delivery.
For in-store orders, we accept returns within 14 days from purchase. For a refund in the original form of payment, the return must be completed within 7 days. After 7 days, only store credit can be issued. Store credit will be issued via a Gift Card. All items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original branded packaging.
For online orders, we accept returns within 14 days from delivery. For a refund in the original form of payment, the return must be sent back within 7 days from receiving the return shipping label. All items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original branded packaging. To process a return online, email email@example.com with the order number in the subject line and the reason for the return in the body of the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for a responce. If your retun is approved, you will be provided with a return label and full return instructions. The amount of $20.00 will be deducted from your refund in order to process a return label and cover the return shipping cost. Any orders processed online can not be returned in-store. At this time, we are unable to accept returns from our international online orders. All international orders processed online are considered to be final sale.
Note: All special release products or any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges or additional price reductions. Items purchased during a promotional period are also final sale. Items purchased with the use of a discount code are final sale.
